My crash diet experiment of eating 1,500 calories per day is well underway and to show you all the mistakes I’m making so you don’t have to I’m creating a daily vlog about my experience crash dieting.

In my vlogs I’m  showing you how my weight and body composition changes, the food I’m eating to try to stay full and what I’m experiencing on a day to day basis while going on this crash diet.

On the back end of this crash diet experiment I’m going to show you how to come off a crash diet in smarter and healthier manner to mitigate the damages and not gain fat rapidly.
